ROOFING OPTIONS

• Most affordable and common roofing option due to the lower cost, consistent performance, and the classic shingle look.
• Atlas Pinnacle Pristine is our recommended asphalt shingle for residential homes (Check them out here)
• Steel roofs offer more protection than standard shingles, but they are have an industrial look, have longer lead times, and are a little more expensive.
• Central States Manufacturing Panel-Loc Plus or H-Loc is our recommended metal roofing material for residential homes. (Learn more)
• EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) rubber for roofs with little to no slope. The rubber is rolled out and glued in place.
• EPDM Roofs are typically seen on large commercial buildings.
• Slate Stone Shingles for a more luxurious roof. Stone and ceramic shingles are not recommended in areas with winter climates.
• Wood, Plastic, or Vinyl Shingles are also an option for your roof. We do not recommend going away from the common types in the Midwest unless your building design requires it. Asphalt, Steel, and EPDM roofs are the lowest risk options.
